Through our circle we’ll focus on releasing what's holding us back, acknowledge and heal so that we can create from us authentically, rather than from our old stories.

We'll journey through meditation, a full transformational breath work journey and sound healing, with the support of beautiful coded imagery on the walls. You'll also receive a coded piece of artwork created during the event that will support you to continue the integration.

Renee Kirkman. An energy practitioner for over 30 years, Renee works intuitively with clients both one-on-one and in groups. Renee facilitates breath work, sound healing, emotional anatomy, psych-k, reiki and transformational coaching. Having worked on her own blend of masculine and feminine energies, she is passionate about supporting people to come back home, learning about, being aware of and honouring their masculine and feminine traits.


Renato Jelen.

A musician for over 27 years, Renato specialises in percussion. Renato is an intuitive artist who creates codes that contain the energy and vibration of an intention. His work can be specific to an individual, a group or a moment in time.

These are small group journeys that we do at a very reasonable cost, if you find you are not able to attend tickets are 100% transferable.

What you'll experience:

  • Cleansing with ceremonial LoveAlkemy Incense

  • Intentional cacao - you'll be served beautiful Frido Cacao made using Renee's secret recipe

  • Vibrational oils - Rosa Temple oils will be used on the night to support your journey

  • Introduction and discussion on the topic of the night

  • Setting intentions and connecting with others

  • Deep transformational breath work, taking you deep to release stress and tension from your body

  • Sound healing and frequency work with gong, alchemy crystal bowls, drums and percussion

  • Visual coded imagery - including an image to take home from the event - channelled during the night

  • Time and space to reconnect and ground

Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and can also result in intense physical and emotional release.

As a precaution, a number of conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices - especially conscious connected breathing which we'll be doing.

These include pregnancy, history of seizures, heart issues, high blood pressure, recent surgery recovery. I always recommend checking with a medical practitioner with any of the above conditions before participating in breathwork. If you're unsure, please reach out and talk with Renee.
